Please note the following disclosures associated with virtual currency:

• Caleb and Brown Limited charges a Commission when you buy, sell, or swap cryptocurrencies. For transactions involving cryptocurrency valued under $200, the Commission will not exceed $10. For all other transactions, the Commission will not exceed 6% of the USD value of the cryptocurrency. Despite these maximums, the Commission you will actually pay (which will not exceed the maximum) is calculated and displayed to you at the time you place your order and may be determined by a combination of factors, like the size of the order, market conditions, and/or jurisdictional location.
• Virtual currency is not legal tender in the United States, is not backed by the United States government, and accounts and value balances are not subject to Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Securities Investor Protection Corporation protections, the National Credit Union Administration, or insurance provided by Caleb and Brown limited.
• Transactions in virtual currency are irrevocable, and, accordingly, losses due to fraudulent or accidental transactions may result in the loss of your money with no recourse.
• When any transaction occurs using your credentials, we will assume that you authorized such transaction, unless you notify us otherwise. If you believe you did not authorize a particular transaction, or that a transaction was mistakenly or accidentally carried out, you must contact us as soon as possible by email at [email protected] is important that you regularly check your Caleb & Brown account balances and your transaction history regularly to ensure you notify us as soon as possible of any unauthorized or incorrect transactions. We are not responsible for any claim for unauthorized, mistaken, or accidental transactions. • The date or time when the transfer or exchange is made and your account is debited may differ from the date or time when you initiate the instruction to make the transfer or exchange.
• Caleb and Brown Limited does not currently support preauthorized virtual currency transfers.
• After each transaction has been placed, Caleb and Brown Limited will send you a receipt evidencing your transaction via email. Further evidence of your transactions will be available to you in your transaction history, as discussed above.
• You have a right to at least thirty (30) days' prior notice of a change in our: fee schedule, other terms and conditions of operating our virtual currency business activity with you, and our policies applicable to your account.
